1- Please ship in the multi-box factory system with the all the foam inserts.
2- Send the remote control - no power cord.
3- Please ship Fedex, preferred. Amplifiers can go Ground, we recommend that all DAC's, & CD players, MUST go 3 Day Air to prevent shipping damage as they are fragile.
4- Insure the unit against loss & damage.

Technical support is billed at $145.00 per hour plus parts. Most items can be repaired within 3 to 4 hours technical time, plus parts. Minimum Technical Service Charge is $145.
